Flower Shipping Details:
Bouquets: All bouquets will be sent by courier using a specially designed box which can be seen below. This does not include 'specials' which will be sent via royal mail.
Leicestershire Deliveries:
In the Leicestershire area (see map) we can deliver on the same day if orders are received before 12pm midday. After 12pm if you you wish to send a bouquet the same day please contact us on 01530 264747 to see if we can do the delivery. We also deliver on Saturday and Sundays for no extra cost but orders must be placed by 5pm Friday. After 5pm Friday if you wish to send a bouquet Saturday or Sunday then you must call us on 01530 264747.
UK Mainland Deliveries:
Orders must be placed by 12pm midday for next day delivery. Afer 12pm all bouquets will be dispatched the next working day. (See below for shipping days)
Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (plus Saturday, Sunday and Monday in the Leicestershire area - see details above).
A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of flowers.

**We aim to provide the best service possible, however, as we use a courier service to deliver bouquets, we accept no responsibility for late deliveries because of unforeseen circumstances which may arise.
For office deliveries, please insure that you include the company name and full address of the recipient. We are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied.
Please note that orders will be delivered to the reception at the address, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order.
For deliveries to funerals, we will need to know the name of the deceased, the delivery address and the day and time of the funeral. When ordering funeral flowers it is possible to request a specific time for your delivery to be made - this service is available only for orders placed for delivery to the location of a funeral service in the Leicester area only. 48 hours notice is needed for all funeral orders.
Funeral Design Delivery: All funeral arrangements are limited to delivery in Leicestershire postcodes and some Derbyshire and Nottingham postcodes. Please contact us if you live in the Derby/Notts area.
We can deliver to hospitals, when ordering ensure that you include the recipients surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number as you checkout. Orders will be delivered to the hospital reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.
