Q. Why are our prices so much lower than our competitors?"
A. We are a newly-formed small scale business aiming to provide real value for money for our customers. We know that if we keep you happy you will come back.
Q. Can I book days in advance?
A. Yes you can book your bouquet up to 10 days in advance.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes - 24 hours notice is required - You'll need to call us.
Q. Can I order a different bouquet, colour specific etc.
A. You can contact us directly - we may be able to create a bespoke bouquet if you give us enough time. All our bouquet flowers have been specially selected to suit every purpose: Birthday, Anniversary, Thank You etc . The colours have been chosen to fit all needs. This helps us to maintain fresh stocks of flowers and to keep costs down so that this can be passed on to you the customer.
Q. Do you deliver on a Monday?
A. Yes, but only to Leicestershire; we do not want our flowers sat in transit over the weekend. Orders must be received by 12pm midday.
Q. Do you deliver at weekends?
A. We are pleased to say that we can now deliver on Saturdays and Sundays in the Leicestershire area.
Q. Can I send a personal message?
A. Yes. With all arrangements it is possible during chekcout to add a personal message up to 20 words.
Q. Do the flowers have to be signed for?
A. Yes in most cases, however our courier will leave them in a specific place if you authorise us to do so. There is a opportunity at the checkout where you can leave this information so that we can authorise the courier.
Q. Why do you not have any prices for wedding bouquet etc?
A. Every bride and groom has a different specific requirement therefore it is not possible to publish specific prices on the web without hearing exactly what is required. Contact us to for a quote so that we can get your specific requirements.
